How It Works

The process is straightforward:

  1. Submit your request. Provide your contact details, location, service required and a short description. Include plans, photos or measurements when available.
  2. Discuss the project. Subject to availability, an independent builder can contact you, ask practical questions and organise a site visit. Larger projects may need design, engineering or consent information before detailed pricing.
  3. Review the quote. Check the scope, materials, allowances, exclusions, GST, payment stages, timing and variation process, then decide whether to proceed.
